Excess of amount in billing

Hi there,

We hardly use the net for an hour in the morning and couple of hours late night after 7pm or after 9pm.

But it is shocking to get a bill which amonts to thousand normally we pay only 500 plus. whenever we go online to browse we do not get the line it says the pop up window says the line is disconnected when we use a seperate landline for broadband. or while heking my mail the line i.r the net goes off and says error or net cannot be displayed why while checking even my personal mails it is the same . usually whenever i open the net the home page appears as interner exlplorer bt for pasr coupld of months i get the home page as bsnl karnataka office home page and after enterin into my personal mail it gets disconnected and i again get the home page as internet explorer where i got to relogin into my personal mail for which automatically it get through directly to the mail which i was reading and got disconnected shocking how come???

Inspite of me complaining to the telephone via two emails no response from their end. I think shouls I take this to the crime branch and file a case against the company or???

should i go in for different one reliance tataindicom etc... i hve been a regular customer sine 1996 onwards till date even my cell phones are bsnl i ever ever faced such a idiotic service someone calling up my landlne and then say sorry why are the call center guys are mismangaing or misdirecting the calls...???
