Bandwidth is insufficient

I have been using broadband of BSN in the last 2 years. Always speed had been problem. But there is no use as BSNL does not provide real broadband like foreign countries. 100 to 200 KBPS is the max we get with broadband.

In the last 20 days, even this bandwidth is not being provided. Also there is Jitter (lag in the electronic terms) in addition to poor bandwidth. I have been using VOIP phone in the internet, which does not give the voice continuously. The voice breaks indefinitely. One word we speak breaks 5 to 10 pieces and so the receiver cannot hear any word. It is only noice.

In spite of numerous complait in BSNL, Khadki office there has been no use.

BSNL is useless and inefficient. BSNL management has increased the subscriber without increasing the resources (Bandwidth).
