Deducting money

I am having an Prepaid mobile connection service provider Airtel my ph. no. 7602424582. I do not have any value added services. But intensionally they are deducting money without my knowledge. Same problem with several consumers. They are the worstmost service provider. I have complained there customer care but they are deducting money and doing the same thing. Now I am planning to change my service provider.
