I had made payment towards BSNL telephone bill for Rs 2070 by credit card through HSBC on 21st july. Now the BSNLhas reported that they have not received the said payment and debited Rs 2070 in my latest bill, Seeking clarification from them they advised me to contact you to confirm the remittance. Hence please inform me whether you have remitted the amount to BSNL if so the details may please be furnished to me to pursue the matter.
