We are the BSNL subscriber and our landline is in the name of my father. Unfortunately he met a road accident and hence he expired. BSNL employees told us to submit the all the necessary documents within 45 days of the death. I have deposited all the documents within the duration in GM office to the nominated officer. He told me that we will get a sum of 50000 rupees within 15 days. But after 45 days of the deposited day i have got a letter from cholamandalam general insurance that it has been deposited lately and on 80 days of the death of my father. So, i am unable to know who is responsible for that BSNL or Cholamandalam...
