Telephone Not working since 15 days

Dear Sir,

My Land LIne is 0469-2773224. Telephone is always out of order and me or my son is not able to use them when ever we are home. Please arrange for rectifying this fault. I am not able to use even the broad band service to this line. Please instruct to do the needful.
