To deactivate & unsubscribe the bsnl caller tune

I want to deactivate & unsubscribe the bsnl caller tune. my mobile number is 9450163369. When i have changed my caller tune bsnl had added two new caller tunes without replacing the existing one. Now all the three songs are running.
