Deduction of charges from my Prepaid Mobile

My Mobile No. is 9431765752.BSNL has deducted Rs.30/ twice on 2/2 and Rs 30/ on 9/2 from my pre paid balance. I tried to lodge complaint and tried to unsubscribe these deductions on 58888, but these efforts failed.

I now request you to please take up with BSNL and please arrange immediate stoppage of deductions in future and also request you to please get the amounts refunded to me.
