Wrong payment of landline bill

Dear Sir, On 29th January I have paid my land bill to your canning street office, the amount was Rs529/- bill no: 08703459 No: U 0060918 dt 29/01 number of land line was273574 in the name of Tarikul Seikh, but actually I have to pay the bill in the name of DIPEN DEY CHOWDHURY, TELEPHONE NO: 2643993, CONSUMER NO: 1072870 BILL NO: 88703459, THE AMOUNT WAS RS. 532/-, I don't understand how the counter clerk accept the bill and paid. The bill amount has been credited to wrong account.

In this regard I have written so many times but got no fruitful result. I shall be glad if you kindly refund my amount so that I can pay my bill in write place.
