Non-refund of Security Money

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I had taken a landline telephone connection vide Tel. No. 05446242178 against Demand Note No. R.Nagar/G-37325/2 issued on 31.12.1996 for Rs. -. The telephone was disconnected on 29.08.2007. The security/ caution money of Rs.- has not been refunded so far.

It is to regret that after my repeated pursuation, BSNL is not at all bothering my requests. You are requested to kindly let me know the status.
