Refund not received over eight months

Dear Sir,

This is SURESH from Pulicat. Our telephone no. is 044-27993958. We have returned the instrument (Wilphone) on middle of June and paid all outstanding during return. But we have not yet received the refund amount over last eight months after retuning the instrument.

Keep on contacting the officers of Ponneri and kalmandapam Exchange (phone nos. 044-25984400 and 044-25212028), but there is no proper results from them. They are all continuously informing us to to contact the other officials.

kindly look into this matter and arrange to refund the amount at the earliest.
