Disconnected Telephone Service

My telephone (0373-2322696) has been out of service since a week in spite bill payment up to date. If I try to make a call it gives a message saying that the phone has been disconnected due to non-payment of bill and that I should contact the TRA Section. This is most inconvenient on the part of B.S.N.L. as it has failed to maintain up to date information about the billing record of its consumers.

I even tried several times to convey the matter to the TRA Section through my cell phone in the following Nos. (919435598006 & 0373-2329279). My calls are never attended from the other end. So finding no other way I have decided to forward my complaint here expecting a solution from your end at the earliest.
