FORCED DEDUCTIONS

I have a BSNL mobile connection. My mobile number is 9418195657. On 09.04.2010. a message appears like this, " if you want to subscribe to 2 days free CRICKET UPDATES service you have to send a message to 56363." I have send a message and i am subscribed to the service. But on 11.04.2010 a message appears on my mobile from 563634008 that Rs. 8 has been deducted from your account for subscribing for the CRI sevice. They have not infromed me that that free service will be charged after 2 days, neither same appears in the message they have send me earlier. I want my money back. I have talked to customer care of BSNL, but they says they don't refund me my deducted money, do anything you can do. and they says that i will be charged Rs. 8 every week. Either you have to opt out of the service, for which message charges is Rs. 2.

They have earlier also looted consumers like me, deducting Rs. 50 or 40 or 25.

So, I dont only want compensation, but strict actions against BSNL like companies, which fooled and looted consumers like me.

Mobile companies should be told not t omisled by advertising fake things and INCOMPLETE MESSAGES, like they have given to me. i.e. not infroming me earlier that fro this service, i will be charged something
