BSNL Excess Bill

Dear Sir,

I had got a connection at lastweek of march, I have went to this connection (Combo Home Plan 500c) becoz 15 days unlimited usage from the day of installation, so we used 15 days unlimited manner. Meanwhile i have checked with custmore care about this offer whether is it applicable for this plan or not, they said it is applicable and you could download till end of the 15 days from the installion, they will deduct the amount when billing amount has send they added.

But when i saw the bill today for the april month . i got shocked very much. Please revert back to me asap.
