Telephone is not working

Hi

I am using Bsnl landline telephone from last 8 year.all countries are progressing day by but here, even after 8 year situation we have gone 20 years back.

my telephone no 01905- 245949 is working almost 10 dyas in a month from last many months. please check the details reality will be in front of you.last month I have Launch my complaint on 29 oct.under compliant no 262318.not addressed till now.

what is the minimum time to attend the complaint???

Situation is worse after 8 years now hope I will have to surrender my connection.
