I am a prepaid bsnl subscriber you have deducted some of Rs 40 from my account without my concern.my cell number is 9444600798. I have already lodged the complaint on 28/9 from the nearest BSNL Office and the complaint Number is 2809103119. Please refund the amount to my account.
Other servicers providres are refunding the amount if the amount is deducted without their Knowledge. Please do the same.waiting for the refund amount. Hope you will consider the matter seriously
