VERY URGENT

My Land telephone is not working. we have launched a complaint two weeks ago at Ranny complaint office.

Land line No. is 0473-5224905. (Melel House, chellakadu P.O., Ranny, Chethomkara, Kerala)

Sir, I am working in Doha-Qatar. My aged parents (both are senior citizens) alone living in the house. I have no other options to contact them. Recently my father had an accident, but due to phone failure I came to know the news very late.

Therefore I request you to do the needful at the earliest.
