Subsription of joke service without my consent

I recieved an SMS on 31/10 from 565054005 that I had subscribed joke service, for which I had given no consent.from then on till now every week this sms comes and 5 rs. are deducted fom my balance. from that time i have been complaining to their customer care and they have given many ways to stop the sms but still nothing happened. in fact with their methods my balance was deducted with 2 rs for every sms that i sent to stop the service. on 12 november for the first time they gave me complaint no. 6395188. they also tell me that they have witten manual complaint and talked to senior but nothing has resulted. i still recieve the sms from 56505 and my balance is further deducted 5rs every week.
