Caller Tune actiated on my No

Few days back caller tune serice is activated on my mobile no. 9466831105 & an amount of rs. 45 is deducted from my account. I tried a lot to deactiate the same through SMS BT DACT to 5600, customer care & by dialing 56702, but fail. Kindly help me to deactivate the same.
