BSNL
Telephone line is dead since 4 months

Sir,

My telephone no. 0712-2290773 is dead since 4 Months. Written and oral complaints has been given. But no response from BSNL service provider.

Why BSNL distribute so many connections since it failed completely to resolve customers problem? Pl. tell me should i surrender my BSNL landline or how long i wait for restart my telephone? Early actions on this subject matter will be highly appreciated from BSNL. :
