Basic phone comletely dead

I have a basephone bearing no:-0621-2274736 in my residence Ramdayalunagar, Lane no:-04, Muzaffarpur, Bihar. It is out of order almost from Oct'10.Our complain even in written form goes in vein. No one as I hope without otherwise ready to solve the problem of this company. I feel that bsnl has failed to provide proper and perfect customer service except rent etc collection.

So I want proper and error free solution.
