GPRS Activation

I want need gprs activate on my hand sets but. i sent sms for gprs activation for five days ago, but till time we havn't got any mail from their side and i already refilled GPRS voucher of 98/-.

I called him many time on customer care but we havn't got any satisfactory reply. all new executive called send a sms after that service will be activate in 48 h but we had spent my six days for one reply. pl suggest me.
