Very poor internet speed

Respected Sir/Madam,

With Due Respect I Want to say that the service of BSNL 3G Internet in Purulia is too poor, sometimes it does'nt connects also the speed is too much slow. Tired of complaining the Customer Service, but they dont take care of it.
