Dear sir, i am a consumer of bsnl My land line no 01412396466 is working from last four years but there is some problem came from last six months. my connection was some time going in dead pssition and some time going in active. after regulerly complating at 1500 or 198 there no good solution. after solv a comlaint i have book another complaint in few minuts latter. when i walked to area office of Bsnl At Patel Marg Mansarovar Jaipur the officer said that your wait for three months otherwise disconect the service and took your money back. what we sapoged from your compney, that we changes service provider regulerly.pls do it clear.
