I'm kuti krishan aged 78 from calicut

No incoming and outgoing.

Can't receive or send SMS.

i cant call to cc.

I dialed customer service center from my relatives connection and told my problem. A customer care executive asked to hold. After a long time he replied that he's not responsible for this and wait until this complaint will be solved or "if you are in hurry you can take another connection". I asked his number he transferred call to Senior. He also misbehaved. He said to wait more than 5hours and " you are not only our customer all are waiting why can't you. I never said to take BSNL connection". He said he can cut my connection if he wants. And he threatened me saying he can find my address and will show me.

Iam a SENIOR CITIZEN.

My grandson is now at Ernakulam. Hes trying to dial me from afternoon onwards. what should i do...?
