Telephone Line Dead

My landline phone has been dead since 1st May. Despite numerous complaints it has still not been fixed. Although this doesn't come as a surprise since BSNL is infamous for its extremely poor customer service, it has been causing a lot of inconvenience.

I'd also like to highlight the apathy of BSNL on some other issue I faced. I shifted my home on the 5th of April and submitted the application for "change of address" on the next day. However, the connection to the new house was restored after about a fortnight, i.e, on 27th April.

I kindly request BSNL or the respected authorities to fix my phone at the earliest. My phone number is 020-25821254.
