Frc not done

Dear sir,

This is to bring to your kind notice that i had taken a 3g bsnl data card on 4th august and received a free sim along with it.. from the bsnl telephone exchange office situated in kanpur, saket nagar.. i had made all the payments then and there...

I was being told that my frc would be done within some hours i just had to keep my cellphone on with the given sim. my phone was switched on for two days and i also visited d bsnl office on 5th august to tell that my frc has not been done yet... but there was no response from their side

Now it has been around a week ad still my frc has not been done. i would request you to look into the matter and kindly proceed my request as soon as possible.
