Deactivation of CallerTune/ Refund of Money

Sir,

My BSNL mobile NO. is 9475814661. On 06.09.11 I've made a complaint having Sl. No. I06WB969427 regarding deactivation of ear-displeasing Caller Tune (I've not chosen that song). On 13th September i received an SMS about auto-renewal date of CT i.e. on 15.09.11 and chargeable amount is Rs.30/-. But, it's very unfortunate that on 14.09.11 they have renewed CT service and charged an amount of Rs. 30/-. This is very unfair. I want that money back to my account. Pl. help me.
