Dead Telephone Line

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Pinak Ranjan Das, My phone no. is 033-25824805.I also have a broadband connection. My phone is dead for more than a month (from 3.9.2011). I have made a docket, and also talked with the concerned S.D.E. several times. But it is unfortunate that my telephone is still dead and the broadband service is highly interrupting. The officer concerned cannot even assure me that when my phone will be all right again. I hope you will look into the matter and help in making my telephone operative again. I know that it will not matter for bsnl if they lose a single customer but form my side, if this type of ineffectiveness goes on, I will be forced to surrender my telephone and broadband line. I would request you to solve this matter.
