Renewal of Radio Mirchi

My BSNL prepaid mobile 9435612347 has been charged rupees 7 every week (i.e. 28/month), with prior notification, on renewal of subscription to Radio Mirchi constantly since my SIM was activated. It writes as "to unsubscribe, dial 59830". But when dialed the computer says as such number does not exist. Help me unsubscribe the same and stop the deduction as such radio service does not work (exist/active) at our locality.
