Landline not working

Our landline has not been working for the past two months. Even if a complaint is made no response. If you ask them about the status or why the issue has not been resolved, they respond is a very pathetic and crappy manner. Moreover our calls are hung up without notice. When asked to transfer the call to the manager, they actually said "I will not. What will you do? " Very much disappointed with the service and the assistance operators. Paying the bill for two months without any service!!
