Inflated telephone bills

Dear Sir,

I am a subscriber to mobile no 9435348688, though I have not been using the mobile no for the last three months yet the office has sent me a bill for Rs 1300/- I just cannot understand how this has happened. How have they metered the calls, since I have actually removed the sim and kept it.
