Dear Sir

I (Ravi kumar) am having a land line number 08512-245583 with A/C no.9023099935.Presently my phone was deactivated due to non payment of my previous bill. Actually for the of OCT was Rs.269& NOV was Rs230.Now i had paid total Rs499 at AP-ONLINE franchise Praja E-Seva on 15-12 in Mantralayam with Transaction Id was TR1189869846.But still today it was not activated. In portal status of bill is pending. I request u sir please activate as early as possible.
