Mental Harrasment

I submitted a request to BSNL to disconnect my home land line connection due to poor services they provided.

I received a final bill of amount Rs 3718 for the settlement and I paid it through cheque on 30/07 .

After few months, I am receiving again the notice to deposit the same amount, otherwise legal action will be taken.

Please take some action as its nothing but just a mental harassment to us.

How can we rely on these big companies in future?
