Deduct balance for suscribe a MIMOBITVservice without my permission

I receceived a message from bsnl (554471040) on 06 mar at 03:36pm

"mimobitv: thank you for subscribing all channels/Weekrs. 40/Week, to myunsub send myunsub to 55447"

when I call to customer care, they said that you received a call from bsnl and subscribe the service.

But I DID not received any call from bsnl and this service was not activated from myside.

Please help me to get this amount refund from bsnl. Please investigate into this as this is ridiculous things done to us.
