Change Mobile No. with duplicate document

Dear Sir/madam

I purchase a bsnl sim No. 9416180007 on dated 26 August from BSNL Commercial office Kurukshetra. I regularly use this no. But on date 7 March My sim No. was rejected and my number is use an Unknown person without my knowledge. He doing this no. portability on Vodafone network without my Id proof and without my knowledge. And this time I m very helpless and afraid… pls give me more suggestion about my no. and must find the Unknown person who take my sim no.by duplicate documents..
