Phone not working

Dear Sir,

I am a subscriber of BSNL Kolkata Telephone. My phone number is 24940921

Since the last 15 days my phone is not working due to heavy nocie and unable to understand the incomming callers words. I have registered a complaint on 28.03.2012 thru telephone - 1981 (Docket No: 11342801592).

On 31st March one of the techenision visited my residence for checking the phone and infmd he will be back to us within 10-15 minits time.

But he did not return back to us. On 3rd April I try to put complaint again thru 1981, but recd information "Your complaint under process".

Now my phone is not working.
