Unwanted renewal message of service

I am receiving sms from 54000010 i.e shayeri service that my mobile is renewde for their sevice and they charged Rs 10/-.many times. I have requested bsnl many times to block but still I am getting this message. It is important that I never told to get this service. Therefore I request to do the needful to stop this undesired /unwanted message. Here I would like to claim the refund of charges taken so far. Otherwise I would like to file a case agaist this.
