Phone not working

Sir,

My phone number 0483 2774448 in valluvambram exchange (Malappuram District) was stopped working from 9/03/08. After a series of complaint I got a wireless connection number 0483 2105972 . At this time they assured me that this is only for temporary purpose. But up to this time I didn’t get my old connection back. I contact several time in exchange but they did not allowed my old number. My house is only 50 meter from national High way (Kozhokode palakkad road) and near to exchange. Because I want a Broad band connection I applied even for a new combi broad band connection but I got the report that it not feasible in that area. But it is very near to national high way and there are two way to approach line to my house. I am strongly believed that there is some negligence among Exchange staff. Now I disconnect my wire less connection . need my old land line connection and this wireless connection is useless for me. So I humbly request you to make necessary arrangement for giving back my old connection.
