Permanent blocking of idea no. 7890189457

I lost my airfone af26 mobile phone last year.the imei no. is 910040530189229.the mobile no. is 7890189457.i emailed idea customer care to permanently block this no., which is issued in my name as santosh kumar jha.but they did not block it.and asked me for sim no. details which i don;t have.i already provided them with connection owner name and address.but they say there is disparity between information provided by me and information in their system, which is hard to believe.so please help and block this idea mobile no.7890189457 at the earliest to prevent unauthorised use.
