Telephone not working

Tel no. 020 25462193 was not working for atleast 9 months approximately in last 12 months. Now also not working. Now I have lodged complain on 23rd June. However nobody is responding. Of course broadband connection is not available.

After visiting telephone office in person also is not helping. Kindly help
