Validity of recharge not shown correctly

My Pre Paid Cell No. 7588241369 was due for recharging on 13/7. I have recharged it on 20/7 for Rs.200/-. The validity advised to me is 13/7 even after recharging by Rs.200/-. The outgoing calls are not allowed with the instructions that the cell is inactive. Pl. do the needful
