Rgarding Caller Tune Deactivation

My Cellone no -9472040372 .I am facing a problem in deactivating my caller tune which was accidentally subscribed my me. I have called to Customer care more than 20 times but my issue has not been resolved since a month. I don't understand that for what purpose they are paid for? What I want is that my issue related Caller tune must be resolved as soon as possible as i have paid alot of money for this idiotic issue.

Unless I have to opt the way to knock the consumer forum door for this issue.
