BSNL CELLONE Prepain
Value added Charges without any subscription

Frm last 3 days BSNL is charging me the subscription charges for value added services. i am getting msg "dear subsriber, thank you for using the services"..i have not activated any extra service. i am getting msgs from 52906101, 52906151, 55678104, 55678103. total 45 rs cut frm my balance. my cell no is 9426723484... can any one suggest how to get back this amount. no one is responding on customer care.
