Chat service activated

Dear Sir/Madam

my name is vinod kumar.i m using bsnl's prepaid connection. MY NO IS 9465670949 company started chat service on my no and deduct money from the account.they did it before but i took it lightly. now they again activate the same and i tried a lot to conatct with customer care but they gave some no and told to send sms but it cost me rs 2 per sms but solution isn't there.i m totally harrased.plz give a solution for the same
