Telephone Disconnection

Despite repeated requests, BSNL, Ghaziabad does not disconnect my Land Line Telephone Connection

(Tel. No: 0120-2770901) and keep on sending me Bills which are not supposed to be paid by me as per

all standards of law. They do not respond to the original issue but keep on trying to get money from me for the services and facilities, they did not provide & i did not avail. My request is that they should immediately disconnect my connection, issue me N.O.C, GET BACK THEIR EQUIPMENT and intimate me if some payment stands due to be paid from my side (till the time i have been availing their services).

Nobody seems to be concerned about the problems of their clients. God knows, where their staff remains busy?
