My Residential Telephone No. 2650955, is behaving erratic for the last one month. Despite a complaint was lodged on 1500 and was given a complaint No. which still stands.

Last week AGM of the respective area was approached and the fault was rectified on the same day. It would have hardly worked for two days there after same thing happened (Click Click instead of Ring) and heavy distortion on line. Please Help.
