GPRS activation

I have taken a new prepaid connection and tried 4 days to activ gprs GPRSPRE to 53733 and it is not activeted till now the one cc ppl say it is activated and i should check settings and another says it is not activated and i should wait for some time more. coustomer care ppl are reachable after 30 minits of wait each time and i have rechared for gprs pack 230 and i am still helpless... my no is 9461253458
