Uneccesary deduction of Re 1 per day

A sum of Re 1 is being deducted daily from my mobile no.9416050373 since a long time.and the fact is that I hav never subscribed for any of such services. I have made complaints repeatedly on the toll free no. of BSNL and on BSNL complaint portal Ambala (Haryana). But no favourable step has been taken by the concerned authorities in this regard. I request you to make up for my lost account through such worthless services.
