My landline telephone (040-23543188) is not working for the last about 15 days. I have logged more than 5 times with toll free number 1500 about 5 to 6 times. I do not understand, how the previously registered complaint gets closed without the rectification of fault. My phone has been dead all these days. Please rectify at the earliest.
